When we build AI features, we aim to minimise the data sent to model providers, avoid sending sensitive data unless necessary and agreed, and respect the terms and data policies of the underlying providers.

Security

Where our solutions call third-party AI providers, credentials are kept server-side and never exposed in client code. We follow the same practice on this website.
